Banpresto Grand Line Series

Here are some update on some awesome Banpresto Grand Line series. We finally got some new updates on the Grand Line Lady line along with some up coming Grand Line Men as well as Children series as well. From Grand Line Men we have Franky and Brook; for Grand Line Lady we have Olivia and Robin; finally for Grand Line Children we have Sanji and Usopp.

For sure I am collecting the Grand Line Men and Lady, but will be passing on with the Grand Line Children series. The details on them for sure is spot on and they are in perfect scale for the P.O.P (Portrait of Pirates), but not for the Grand Line Men/Lady series. They are a great addition to your collection, but I will have to pass on these guys. Here are some photo's from the Choppermania Blog. Take a look at their site as well! Enjoy!

Mega House Releases and Updates

I apologize for the long wait to all my viewers. I just recently moved down to San Francisco for a new job opportunity so I have been busy for the last few weeks. I finally settled in a bit and found some time to update the blog. It's a little old news but here are some updates on some P.O.P (Portrait of Pirates) DX & Sailing Again series. From the DX series we have Arlong, which I'm sad I didn't get to pre-order him. Just seeing his sculpt and the coloring and details done on him is just fantastic. Also I wouldn't need to collect all of the Arlong Pirate crew so that would also save me some money there as well. Though I told myself I won't be collecting any more P.O.P's once I get Crocodile in my collection.

Next we have the Sailing Again series with Brook, Robin, and also a re-release of Nami. Both Nami and Robin were a little disappointing due to the lack of extra add-on's compared to the rest of the Mugiwara crew, but this was expected. Brook, on the other hand looks fantastic. I love his expression and also his icicle sword is pretty neat. I kinda wish he came with a guitar or a violin, since that is kind of his signature element as the musician of the crew. None the less, the details on him are fantastic! Here's a short update on the P.O.P's and I will also update some neat D.P.C.F on the next post. Enjoy!

2012 JUMP Festival: P.O.P MegaHouse

Here is the updates on the new P.O.P (Portrait of Pirates) Sailing Again and DX series. We have an update from the DX series of Ben Beckman and Moria. It is said that they confirmed that Moria's arms are not changeable, but might be considered just a static pose but with different items that comes with him. I assume it would be something similar to Akainu with different bat elements or action items. For the Sailing Again series, we have an update on Brook, Usopp, Robin, and Franky sculpt confirmed. I love Brook's pose and sculpt; I wish I was collecting the Sailing Again series, but it wasn't enough for me to collect the whole group. For me personally I wouldn't just get one of them and not consider getting the others, even though Zoro, Brook, and Usopp all look fantastic. Here are some photo's found online from the JUMP Festival conference.

Banpresto Grand Line Men Vol.0

Grand Line Men Vol.0 Garp & Shanks

Here's an exclusive look from the 2011 Prize Fair convention in Tokyo, revealing Banpresto's up coming Grand Line Men and Children series. Banpresto announced their Vol.0 (Strong World series) of the Grand Line Men with Garp & Shanks, along with what looks like to be Shiki, which may be announced very soon. For Grand Line Children, we have Nico Robin and Spandam with his pet elephant. I can't wait for Vol.0 to come out!! Shanks and Garp both look fantastic. For those that didn't get the P.O.P DX: Strong World Garp, the GLM Vol.0 version of him is a good alternative!  Enough with the long post, here are the photos!
