Tiramisu @ Vita Bella Ristorante
Even though today is Wednesday the ItaliaDesign 2008 website is finally finished. It was a long and stressful year, but it's all over now. The final form turned out really well and the entire team worked their butt off into finishing this on time. Everyone gave it their best and their contribution to the project paid off. But I feel this loneliness knowing that I won't be able to meet up with these great members. Being able to hang out with them and engage myself in a conversation of italian design was probably my most memorable moments during the production of the ItaliaDesign website. Now everyone is off on their own and looking for jobs for the coming year. At the end of the day we had our last group lunch at Vita Bella Ristorante on Hastings and just enjoyed the moment where everyone is in the same room having a nice lunch together.
The Dark Knight - Limited BluRay 3 Disc Set + Pin
I am officially an Teacher Assistant for next year's course on Fabrication & Implementation, which I am super excited about. Therefore I don't need to worry about my income until the summer. Today, I celebrated by going out to FutureShop early in the morning to pick up a copy of The Dark Knight - Limited BluRay 3 Disc. After having brunch with a friend I went back to check to see how many copies were left and out of 100+ copies that was available when I went to pick mine up they sold out. Not just in Richmond, but in 3 other locations as well. On top of that my Design in Italia finally came from Amazon.
