D.P.C.F - The Three Musketeers ver. Luffy
It's a little late posting about this but Plex has made a D.P.C.F One Piece - The Three Musketeers ver., which has been released on AmiAmi for a while now. It's currently sold out but there may be a few sites that still has them available. Luffy and Zoro has just came out not too long ago and I assume Sanji will be coming out for pre-orders very soon. Keep an eye out for these guys!
