Banpresto 2012 Hobby Festival

Banpresto's 2012 Hobby Festival has finally came and they have introduced a lot of awesome One Piece figures. Especially with some pretty awesome Grand Line Men/Children series as well as Vol.0 figures as well. Here are some of the up coming figures for the Grand Line series: Shiki, Franky (New World), Kaku, and Zoro (children). They have finally introduced the Thousand Sunny similar to the Memories of Going Merry, which was out last year. Can't wait for these to finally come out!!

All these photo's are taken from Dengeki Blog: Banpresto 2012, so be sure to check out their site. They have many more photo's featuring other figures as well! I wish I could be there myself as well!

Banpresto Grand Line Children & Figuarts ZERO Figures

Here are some up coming pre-orders for both Banpresto and Bandai Figuarts ZERO figures. All of which are pretty awesome and might consider pre-ordering myself. For the Grand Line Children - Lucci and Jabara, I might consider just because I don't have their adult version of these figures but if there was I would. As for Bandai Figuart ZERO - Ryuma figures, I might consider getting this figure since Banpresto hasn't made a lot of the side characters such as Bepo, Sentomaru, Coby, etc. I am hoping that Banpresto would make a Ryuma figure, but I highly doubt they will since he's not a major character and also not in high demand. From the looks of Bandai's prototype he looks pretty awesome here.

Banpresto Grand Line Children Vol.2

Just a short post of Banpresto's Grand Line Children Vol.2 with Ace and Boa Hancock, being released very soon. I am probably getting Ace since I have the three trio of Luffy and Sabo already. Not too much of a fan of chibi Boa Hancock so I might pass on her. For those looking for the figures, Mandarke seems to be the site to turn to for these Banpresto figures. Enjoy!

Banpresto Grand Line Men Vol.0

Grand Line Men Vol.0 Garp & Shanks

Here's an exclusive look from the 2011 Prize Fair convention in Tokyo, revealing Banpresto's up coming Grand Line Men and Children series. Banpresto announced their Vol.0 (Strong World series) of the Grand Line Men with Garp & Shanks, along with what looks like to be Shiki, which may be announced very soon. For Grand Line Children, we have Nico Robin and Spandam with his pet elephant. I can't wait for Vol.0 to come out!! Shanks and Garp both look fantastic. For those that didn't get the P.O.P DX: Strong World Garp, the GLM Vol.0 version of him is a good alternative!  Enough with the long post, here are the photos!

Banpresto: The Grand Line Children order links

Here's is a small update on some Banpresto: The Grand Line Children vol. 1 links found on play-asia.com. Some of these figures are pretty hard to find especially if AmiAmi or Hobby Link Japan and a few sites don't carry these guys around as well. I will try my best to give you guys these links as fast as I can.

These last few days I have been a bit busy with work and also helping around at home. I will update the blog a lot more with some of the MegaHouse figures including Silver Rayleigh and Strong World Shanks. I will be also posting just a few updates on some interesting One Piece goods that I have found as well. I have started using Tumblr and that has been giving me sleepless nights because of finding some pretty awesome stuff. I will provide links to my tumblr on the right side bar for those that want to follow me along with my twitter. Otherwise enjoy!

Banpresto Grand Line Children: Luffy & Sabo

Banpresto Grand Line Children: Sabo & Luffy

Finally my Banpresto Grand Line Children: Luffy and Sabo both came in this morning. Very excited about these figures so I decided to update the blog now and post some photo's up. The sculpt itself, Luffy and Sabo are both very well made! The amount of detail put on Sabo is just amazing; not just from the details of his clothes but there are gaps between his teeth and his tongue, which I was pretty surprised. For Grand Line Children's first series, I am very, very impressed at the quality they are releasing these at. The only thing I noticed at Sabo was the color of his coat arms are a lot lighter compared to the rest of his coat. It's a little inconsistent, but I guess they were trying to mimic the light casting on those parts of his body. Keep up the good work Banpresto!!
